摘 要:为解决煤制气、页岩气样品含气量测试时间长、人工操作劳动强度大的问题,参考美国矿务局的USBM直接法,按照GB-T 19559-2008的试验要求设计的一种页岩气发气量计量装置,仪器模拟人工排水集气法,采用基于单片机的伺服控制系统、两级传感器调节玻璃管内压力,保证严格意义上的自然解吸,并利用超声波液位传感器测试液位高度,实现自动完成页岩气发气量检测。经过实验测试及不确定度研究,系统示值误差小于5%,测试数据准确可靠。测试精度及效率远高于目前广泛使用的人工排水集气法。In order to solve the problems of long test time for gas content in coal to gas and shale gas samples and high labor intensity of manual operation,refer to USBM direct method of U.S.Bureau of mines,a gas metering device for shale gas is designed according to the experiment requirement of gb-t 19559-2008.The instrument simulates the artificial drainage and gas gathering method.The servo control system based on single chip microcomputer and two-stage sensor is used to regulate the pressure in the glass tube so as to ensure the natural desorption in a strict sense.The ultrasonic level sensor is used to test the height of the liquid level so as to realize the automatic detection of shale gas.Through the experimental test and uncertainty research,the error of system indication is less than 5%,and the test data is accurate and reliable.The accuracy and efficiency of the test are much higher than that of the artificial drainage gas gathering method which is widely used at present.
