摘　　要：目的探析多参数MRI对Dyke-Davidoff-Masson综合征(DDMS)的影像学表现及临床特征的关系,以提高对DDMS的认识并减少误诊及漏诊。方法回顾性分析经MRI诊断的7例DDMS患者的影像学及临床资料,并总结其影像学诊断依据。结果7例患者均累及左侧大脑半球萎缩并患侧侧脑室扩大,其中中线结构向患侧偏移或轻度偏移2例,患侧大脑脚、豆状核、尾状核或丘脑萎缩3例,颅骨内板及板障骨质不均匀增厚2例,合并脑室软化灶及脑穿通畸形各1例。结论DDMS的MRI表现具有一定的特征性,有助于病灶定位明确病灶性质;临床症状无特异性,并结合临床综合归纳分析,即可做出正确的定性诊断。Objective To explore the relationship between multi parameter MRI and the imaging and clinical features of Dyke Davidoff Masson syndrome,in order to improve the understanding of DDMS and to reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.Methods The imaging and clinical data of 7 patients with DDMS syndrome diagnosed by MRI were analyzed retrospectively.And the imaging diagnostic basis was summarized.Results The left hemisphere atrophy and lateral ventricle enlargement in 7 patients were involved.Among them,2 cases had the midline structure deviated to the affected side or slightly.Atrophy of cerebral foot,lenticular nucleus,caudate nucleus or thalamus were found in 3 cases.There were 2 cases with nonuniform thickening of the inner plate of skull and the bone of the barrier.The combined cerebral ventricle malacia and penetrating malformation was found in 1 case.Conclusion The MRI manifestations of DDMS syndrome have certain characteristics,which helps locate the lesion and clarify the nature of the lesion;The clinical symptoms are nonspecific.Combined with clinical comprehensive induction analysis can make the correct qualitative diagnosis.
