放射性粒子植入治疗局部复发性肺癌的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨放射性125 I粒子在放化疗后局部复发性肺癌患者中应用的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析接受放射性粒子治疗的25例放化疗后局部复发性肺癌患者的资料,随访粒子植入治疗后2、6、9、12个月病灶大小变化及术后并发症情况。结果25例患者粒子植入治疗后经治疗计划系统验证显示肿瘤靶区剂量均达到治疗量,术后随访显示在术后6个月总有效率最高,可达88%;初始局部控制率较高,随治疗时间延长,局部控制率逐渐降低;并发症总发生率为40%,主要为气胸和出血。结论放射性125 I粒子植入治疗在局部复发肺癌患者中有较好临床疗效,并发症可耐受,接受程度高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of radioactive 125 I particles in patients with recurrent lung cancer after radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods A retrospective analysis of 25 patients with recurrence of lung cancer after radiotherapy and chemotherapy was conducted.The changes of lesion size and postoperative complications were followed up at 2,6,9 and 12 months after treatment.Results After seed implantation,the TPS system verified that the target dose of tumor reached the treatment volume,and the total effective rate was the highest at 6 months after the operation,up to 88%.The initial local control rate was higher and gradually decreased with the extension of treatment time.The incidence of complications was 40%,mainly pneumothorax and hemorrhage.Conclusion Radioactive iodine 125 I particles seed implantation has a good clinical effect in patients with local recurrence of lung cancer,and the complications can be tolerated and accepted,so it is worthy of clinical application.
