摘　　要：目的分析3.0T磁共振平扫联合扩散加权成像在直肠癌分期诊断中使用价值。方法选取我院2018年2月~2019年10月经病理诊断为直肠癌的患者40例,术前均使用3.0T磁共振平扫联合DWI扫描,对图像进行分析,评估病变的临床分期。结果3.0T HR-MRI T2WI、DWI扫描T期诊断准确率为95.00%(38/40),T1期灵敏度准确度66.67%、T2期50.00%、T3期100.00%、T4期100.00%;在40例直肠癌患者之中,3.0T磁共振平扫、扩散加权成像诊断出36例,准确率90.00%,其N0期准确率为92.00%、N1期81.82%、N2期100.00%。结论3.0T MRI平扫联合DWI,在直肠癌诊断分期中准确率较高,有助于临床手术评估及治疗的选择。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of 3.0 T MRI combined with diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)in the staging diagnosis of rectal cancer.Methods 40 patients with rectal cancer diagnosed by pathology in our hospital from February 2018 to October 2019 were selected.All patients were diagnosed by 3.0t mri combined with DWI,and were statistically treated.Results The diagnostic accuracy of 3.0 thr-mritwi and DWI scanning T phase was 95.00%(38/40),the sensitivity accuracy of T1 phase was 66.67%,T2 phase was 50.00%,T3 phase was 100.00%,and T4 phase was 100.00%.Among the 40 patients with rectal cancer,36 cases were diagnosed by 3.0T MRI plain scan and DWI,with an accuracy of 90.00%.The accuracy of N0 stage was 92.00%,N1 stage was 81.82%and N2 stage was 100.00%.Conclusion Combined with DWI,3.0T MR plain scan has a high accuracy in the diagnosis and staging of rectal cancer,which is helpful for clinical surgical evaluation and treatment selection.
