摘 要:研究了填饲方法和性别对填饲后朗德鹅肥肝重及血清生化指标的影响。结果表明:填饲方法对肝重、血清生化指标具有显著影响,性别对肝重无显著影响,仅对生化指标中的极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)具有显著影响。生化指标中,TBIL、DBIL和TBA均与鹅肥肝重呈显著正相关,是用于选择肥肝高产个体的潜在生化标记。The effects of overfeeding methods and gender on liver weight and serum biochemical indexes of overfed Landes geese were studied.The results showed that overfeeding method had significant effect on liver weight and serum biochemical indexes;gender had no significant effect on liver weight,but had significant effect on very low-density lipoprotein(VLDL).Among the biochemical indexes,TBIL,DBIL and TBA were significantly positively correlated with liver weight of geese,which were potential biochemical markers for selecting individuals with high yield of fat liver.
