摘　　要：“派性”是华北村庄政治生活中凸显的最主要特征之一。近些年来,学术界对村庄派性政治的研究逐渐增加。由于村庄的派性结构是在“男性主位”的文化沉淀中形成的,因此对女性在派性框架内政治参与的研究很少。通过在北京市W村对村干部以及村民进行结构化和开放式访谈,深入了解派性形成的历史原因、派性形成的条件、派性与选举,并揭示女性在派性政治中的动员作用。本研究厘清派性在华北村庄的运作机制,以及女性在派性政治框架内的政治参与实现的途径,在此基础上探讨女性在政治参与过程中是否突破男性构造的派性结构。"Faction"is one of the most prominent features highlighted in the political life of villages in North China.In recent years,academic research on factional politics of village has gradually increased.Since the factional structure of the village was formed in the cultural precipitation of the"male dominance",researches on the political participation of women have seldom conducted in the factional framework.Through structured and open interviews with village cadres and villagers in W village of Beijing,this paper deeply studies the historical reasons for the formation of factions,the conditions,the relation between factions and the village elections under the factional framework.And it reveals the functions of women's political participation in the framework of factional politics.It also clarifies the operation mechanism of the faction in the villages of North China,and the ways in which women participate in the village politics.On this basis,whether women's political participation breaks the"factional framework"constructed by males is discussed.
