高校青年志愿组织的社区公共文化服务透视——基于C市X志愿组织的田野调查

摘　　要：长期以来,高校青年志愿组织基于其服务宗旨和资源优势,在“信息孤岛”式的联络方式下与社区构建起了初级合作关系,通过“单线式”的服务参与方式合作供给了大量以培训指导类为主的社区公共文化服务,服务效果显著。但通过田野调查研究发现,由于缺乏统筹,高校青年志愿组织的社区公共文化参与一直处于粗放式状态,存在沟通成本较高、服务类型覆盖不全、缺乏规范运作、服务改善乏力等问题。通过构建志愿者服务平台,精准对接供需、整合培训资源、规范服务流程、发挥规模优势、筛选优质服务,以提升高校青年志愿组织参与社区公共文化服务的供给效能。For a long time,based on service purpose and resource advantages,youth voluntary organizations have established a primary cooperative relationship with communities under the“information island”contact mode.Through the“single-line”service participation mode,they have provided a large number of community public cultural services,mainly on training and guidance,with remarkable service effect.However,through field work investigation and research,it is found that due to the lack of overall planning,the community public cultural participation of youth voluntary organizations has been in an extensive state,with problems such as high communication cost,incomplete service coverage,lack of standardized operation and weak service improvement.Through the construction of a volunteer service platform,it could be possible to precisely match supply and demand,integrate training resources,standardize service process,give play to the advantages of scale,and select high-quality services,so as to improve the supply efficiency of youth voluntary organizations participating in community public cultural services.
