摘　　要：本文以湖北第二师范学院化学与生命科学学院118名生物专业大三本科生为例,以问卷的形式,针对其毕业实习观念和就业意向进行了调查,对其结果进行了分析,探讨了其中存在的问题并提出了相应的对策。Taking 118 junior undergraduates majoring in biology from the school of Chemistry and Life Sciences of Hubei University of Education as examples,the writer conducted a survey in the form of questionnaire on their graduation internship concept and employment intention,analyzed the results,discussed the existing problems and put forward the corresponding measures.
