摘  要:以茂名职业技术学院永和建筑学院为例,在区域发展需要以及装配式建筑人才欠缺的背景下,学校通过与特级建筑企业广东永和建筑集团合作共建二级学院,共同探索和实践土木工程专业群的人才培养模式,在课程体系、教学方法、师资队伍、实训基地建设、教学实施等方面,企业全过程参与,在共建装配式建筑实训基地、共建师资队伍、共建人才培养平台等方面已初见成效。但在社会服务、服务地方经济等方面还需不断探索与实践,通过校企共建二级学院培养能够适应社会需求的高级应用型专业人才。Take Yonghe College of Architecture of Maoming Polytechnic as an example, under the background of regional development needs and prefabricated construction personnel lack, the school and the architectural institute of Yonghe, which is a super grade enterprise, jointly cooperate to construct the secondary college and explore and practice the talents training mode of civil engineering professional group, the course system, teaching methods, teaching staff, practice base construction, teaching implementation, enterprises to participate in the whole process, the construction of prefabricated building practice base, construction of teaching staff, building talents training platform etc have already produced results. However, it is still necessary to continuously explore and practice in social services and local economy, and cultivate senior application-oriented professionals who can adapt to social needs through school-enterprise co-construction of secondary colleges.
