摘　　要：为了更好地培养工匠型人才,加强学生的中药炮制技能,增强学生的岗位竞争力,结合近九年来本系参加省级中药传统技能竞赛和国赛的经验,课改团队深入开展中药炮制技术课程的教学改革,改革效果令人满意。本次改革充分挖掘了职业技能竞赛对促进教育教学水平提高的积极意义及其内在价值,将技能竞赛和日常教育教学有机结合,充分实现了"以赛促学、以赛促教"的目的。Combined with the experience that our department has participated in provincial traditional Chinese medicine competitions and national competitions in the past 9 years, in order to better train craftsmen, to strengthen students’ skills of Chinese medicine processing and enhance their post competitiveness, the course reform team carried out the teaching reform of the course of traditional Chinese medicine processing technology, clarified the basic ideas of the reform and took practical measures, and the reform effect was satisfactory. This reform fully explores the positive significance and intrinsic value of vocational skill competition in promoting the improvement of education and teaching level. Organically combine skill competition with daily education and teaching, and fully realize the purpose of "promoting learning and teaching by competition".
