摘　　要：如何有效地进行精准扶贫是我国重要国家战略之一,也是近年来管理研究的一个热点。基于对典型"淘宝村"——江苏省睢宁县东风村的深入考察,文章总结出了淘宝村村民创业的新模式,为贫困问题的解决提供了一种具体的方案。研究发现,淘宝村所体现的基于互联网的包容性创业是低收入群体减少贫穷的一种有效模式;其中低收入群体的个人品质及对创业机会的把握是促使其创业的关键要素,互联网信息技术及电子商务平台的发展是其创业的重要支持,有益的制度政策为其创业提供了必要的保障。三者之间的有效结合使包容性创业模式发生了新的变化,进而为有效解决贫穷问题提供了新的思路与方案,揭示了低收入群体的自主性对于贫困问题解决的作用等基于中国情境的研究发现。How to effectively carry out the strategy of poverty alleviation precisely is one of the important national strategies in China.It’s also a hot issue in management research in recent years.Based on an in-depth qualitative study of a typical"Taobao Village"—Dongfeng Village,we concluded that Internet-based inclusive entrepreneurship can be an effective method to the problem of poverty for Bottom of Pyramid(BOP).The grasp of entrepreneurship opportunities is the key elements for their entrepreneurship.The development of information technology and e-commerce platforms has been driving force for their entrepreneurship.The institutional policy provided the necessary support for them.The effective combination of the three has brought about new changes to the inclusive entrepreneurial model,which in turn provides new ideas and solutions addressing poverty.This paper reveals the findings of the Chinese context based on the role of BOP groups’autonomy in solving poverty problems.
