摘　　要：目的总结新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间网络随访方式对全膀胱根治术后患者进行随访诊疗的经验。方法利用微信群于2020年1月24日至3月10日期间对31例在天门市第一人民医院行全膀胱根治术的术后患者进行随访,并针对造口相关问题、尿路感染、单J管堵塞及焦虑情绪等提供解决方案并统计相关事件发生率。结果经网络随访,发现22.6%的患者存在造口袋更换困难问题,16.1%出现造口皮肤红肿,6.5%存在尿路感染,14.3%存在单J管堵塞,并有64.5%的患者存在不同程度的焦虑情绪,在随访过程中施行诊疗指导后,患者相应症状均好转,无严重不良事件发生。结论疫情期间,网络随访可对全膀胱术后患者提供有价值的诊疗支持。Objective To follow up and treat patients after radical cystectomy during novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic by means of online follow-up,and to sum up the experience.Methods From January 24 to March 10,2020,a WeChat group was set up to follow up 31 patients who underwent radical cystectomy in the First People's Hospital of Tianmen City,and solutions were provided for ostomy-related problems,urinary tract infection,single J tube blockage,and anxiety,and the incidence of related problems was summarized.Results Through the follow-up,it was found that 22.6%of the patients had difficulty in replacing the ostomy disc,16.1%had redness and swelling of the ostomy skin,6.5%had urinary tract infections,14.3%had single J tube blockage,and 64.5%had different degrees of anxiety.After providing diagnosis and treatment guidance to the patients during the online follow-up,the corresponding symptoms of the patients improved and no serious adverse events occurred.Conclusion During the epidemic,online follow-up can provide valuable diagnosis and treatment support for patients after total bladder surgery.
