摘　　要：随着肺癌发病率的高居不下,越来越多的患者选择手术治疗,但肺癌切除术后出现的肺部并发症是严重困扰临床医生并加重患者负担的重大难题,甚至影响肿瘤的复发。近年来肺部并发症的防治取得了许多进展,了解肺部并发症及其防治措施对胸外科临床医生非常重要。但是许多问题仍存在,预测手段依旧不足,多种治疗方式依然未达成统一。本文就肺癌切除术后主要肺部并发症防治进展进行综述。With the high incidence of lung cancer,more and more patients choose surgical treatment,but the postoperative pulmonary complications after pneumonectomy is a major problem that seriously troubles clinicians and aggravates the burden of patients,and even affects the recurrence of tumor.In recent years,there have been many advances in prevention and treatment of postoperative pulmonary complications.It is important for thoracic surgeon to understand pulmonary complications and preventive measures.However,many problems still exist,the prediction methods are still insufficient,and multiple treatment methods have not yet been unified.This article reviews the advances of prevention and treatment of major pulmonary complications after pneumonectomy.
