摘  要:为了研究加热温度对19CrNi5钢组织及硬度的影响规律,进行了800℃、850℃、900℃、950℃、980℃、1000℃、1050℃、1100℃加热试验,在15℃室温下冷却,测定冷却速率,采用蔡司光学显微镜、布氏硬度计进行组织、硬度检验分析。结果表明:19CrNi5钢加热温度小于1000℃时组织为铁素体+珠光体,钢材硬度随温度的增加变化不大,当加热温度大于1000℃时组织为铁素体+珠光体+贝氏体,加热温度越高则硬度越高,且贝氏体占比越高,所以在轧制生产时,终轧温度应控制在1000℃以下。In order to study the effect of heating temperature on the microstructure and hardness of 19CrNi5 steel,the heating tests at 800℃、850℃、900℃、950℃、980℃、1000℃、1050℃and 1100℃were carried out.The cooling rate was measured at 15℃room temperature.The microstructure and hardness were examined and analyzed by Zeiss optical microscope and Brinell hardness tester.The results show that the microstructure of 19CrNi5 steel is F+P when the heating temperature is less than 1000℃,and the hardness of steel changes little with the increase of temperature.When the heating temperature is more than 1000℃,the microstructure is F+P+B.The higher the heating temperature is,the higher the hardness is,and the higher the proportion of bainite is.Therefore,the final rolling temperature should be controlled below 1000℃.
