摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议的实施为我国经济的发展提供了机遇,同时也是与周边国家和地区合作的良好的平台。通过文献回顾的方法,对我国企业家成长的环境进行分类,结合企业家在我国成长的现状以及“一带一路”倡议的提出对我国企业家的影响,提出我国企业家成长环境目前存在的问题与不足,最后针不同环境中存在的不同问题,提出关于优化我国企业家成长环境的几点建议。The implementation of"the Belt and Road"initiative provides opportunities for our country's economic development,and at the same time is a good platform for cooperation with neighboring countries and regions.This article uses the method of literature review to classify the environment for the growth of entrepreneurs in our country,combining the status quo of entrepreneurs'growth in our country and the impact of the"One Belt and One Road"strategy on Chinese entrepreneurs,and puts forward the current problems in the growth environment of our country's entrepreneurs In the end,it will focus on different problems in different environments,and put forward some suggestions on optimizing the growth environment of entrepreneurs in our country.
