摘　　要：拓扑异构酶Ⅱα(TOP2A)是DNA复制和转录中的关键酶,是肿瘤细胞的增殖标志和蒽环类药物的作用靶点,在生物学过程中发挥着重要作用.虽然目前大量研究表明TOP2A基因扩增与蒽环类药物化疗疗效密切相关,但是TOP2A蛋白表达对蒽环类药物化疗疗效的预测作用和对乳腺癌的预后价值尚存在争议,因此,笔者对TOP2A蛋白的上述预测及预后价值进行介绍.TopoisomeraseⅡα(TOP2A)is considered as a key nuclease in DNA replication and transcription.It is a proliferation marker of tumor cells and an important target of anthracyclines,which plays an important role in biological process.Many studies have shown that TOP2A gene amplification is related closely to the efficacy of anthracyclines.However,the effect of TOP2A protein expression on the prediction of anthracycline efficacy and the prognosis of breast cancer patients remains controversial.Our study reviewed the predictive and prognostic value of TOP2A protein.
