摘  要:目的探讨基于虚拟仿真软件平台的自主实验设计教学模式在本科生磁共振成像实验教学中的应用效果。方法选择四川大学华西临床医学院2018届和2019届影像技术专业本科生94人为研究对象,其中2018届48人为传统实验教学组,2019届46人为自主实验设计组,传统实验教学组采用"教师演示—学生操作"的传统教学模式进行授课,自主实验设计组采用自主实验设计教学模式进行授课,对两组学生随堂测试成绩及实验报告完成情况进行对比分析。结果自主实验设计组随堂测试成绩为(15.56±2.01)分,明显高于传统实验教学组的(12.81±3.12)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于传统教学组,自主实验设计教学组学生在磁共振信号采集的观察、结果及误差分析、实验规律的总结等方面的完成人数及比例明显提升。结论基于虚拟仿真软件的自主实验设计教学模式在磁共振实验教学中有利于发挥软件效能,有助于提高学生理论联系实际能力、分析问题解决问题能力、实践操作能力、创新及科研能力等综合素质。Objective To explore the application effect of "self-designed experiment" teaching model which based on virtual simulation software in magnetic resonance imaging experiment teaching. Methods A total of 94 undergraduates majoring in imaging technology at grades 2018 and 2019 in West China Clinical Medical College of Sichuan University were recruited for the study, they were divided into 2 groups: traditional teaching group(48 students, 2018) and "self-designed experiment"teaching model group(46 students, 2019), the traditional teaching group adopted the traditional teaching mode of "teacher demo-student operation", while the "self-designed experiment"teaching model group adopted "self-designed experiment"teaching model. The results of in-class tests and the completion of experimental reports of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The in-class test score of the "self-designed experiment" teaching mode group, which was(15.56±2.01) points, was higher than that of the traditional experimental teaching group, which was(12.81±3.12) points, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);compared with the traditional teaching group, the number and proportion of students in the "self-designed experiment"teaching model group were significantly increased in terms of observation of magnetic resonance signal acquisition, result and error analysis, summary of experimental rules. Conclusion The teaching mode of "self-designed experiment" based on virtual simulation software is beneficial to the performance of the software in the magnetic resonance experiment teaching, which is helpful to improve the students’ comprehensive qualities such as the ability of combining theory with practice, analyzing and solving problems, practical operation ability, innovation and scientific research ability.
