摘  要:目的探讨远程医疗教育在医学影像技师培养中的应用。方法通过开展远程医学影像实验课程,评估学生学习成绩和进行满意度调查,总结远程教学中的经验与存在的问题。结果线上远程虚拟仿真教学与线下实体设备教学的学生期末成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001),与线下虚拟仿真教学比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。问卷调查显示学生对远程实验的满意程度高于非远程实验课程。结论远程实验教学方法具有可行性,能够得到学生的认可,便捷的授课方式可以惠及基层医院和让专业的交流不受时间和地域的限制,但网络软件还需要辅以线下软件乃至实体设备实验操作。Objective To explore the application of distance medical education in the training of medical imaging technicians. Methods Through the development of remote medical imaging experimental courses, students’ academic performance and satisfaction surveys were conducted to summarize the experience and existing problems in distance teaching. Results The difference of student final grade between online distance virtual simulation teaching and offline physical equipment teaching was statistically significant(P=0.001), compared with offline virtual simulation teaching, there was no statistical difference(P>0.05). The questionnaire survey showed that students were more satisfied with distance experiments than non-distance experiment courses. Conclusion The distance experimental teaching method is feasible and can be recognized by the students. The convenient teaching method can benefit the grassroots hospitals and allow professional communication not to be restricted by time and region, while the network software needs to be supplemented by offline software and even physical equipment experimental operations.
