摘　　要：随着酶制剂的发展,在洗涤剂中添加酶制剂已经得到了广泛的应用。从单一酶到复合酶的使用和对酶本身性能的改进,研发出具有更好的洗涤性能和稳定性的洗涤剂成为当下的研究热点。综述了洗涤酶的发展过程以及发展趋势,并对洗涤酶以后的研究方向进行介绍。With the development of enzyme preparations,the addition of enzyme preparations to detergents has been widely used.From the use of single enzymes to complex enzymes and the improvement of enzyme performance,the development of detergents with better washing performance and stability has become a current research hotspot.The development process and development trend of detergent enzymes are reviewed and introduces the future research directions of detergent enzymes.
