摘  要:牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Pg)是引起和加重牙龈炎的重要致病菌,Gingipains是Pg的细胞外半胱氨酸蛋白酶,是其最有效的毒力因子。Gingipains包括具有与赖氨酸特异结合活性的牙龈蛋白酶K(Kgp)和与精氨酸特异结合活性的牙龈蛋白酶R(Rgp),可以通过降解多种宿主外膜蛋白,帮助Pg逃避宿主的免疫反应,解除信号通路的调节,触发凋亡,最终导致组织破坏。对已发表数据的分析表明,Gingipains主要是通过在一个或多个位置分裂底物,或者通过降解外源性蛋白质和多肽而使其底物失活。Porphyromonas gingivalis(Pg) is an important pathogenic bacteria that causes and exacerbates gingivitis.Gingipains is an extracellular cysteine protease of Pg,which is its most effective virulence factor.Gingipains contains gingipain K(Kgp),which specific binds to lysine, and gingipain R(gingipain R, Rgp), which specific binds to arginine. So, the Gingipains could help Pg escape the host’s immune response by degrading a variety of host outer membrane proteins,deregulate the signaling pathway,trigger apoptosis,and lead to tissue destruction ultimately.Analysis of the published data shows that Gingipains mainly inactivate substrates by splitting the substrate at one or more positions,or by degrading foreign proteins and peptides.
