宝鸡新生代型职业农民培育模式的探索

摘　　要：本文为解决“三农”人才培养而专门探讨新生代型职业农民培育模式。首先比较分析了宝鸡职业技术学院三种“三农”人才培养的特点,提出新生代型职业农民培育内容是经营管理理念学习和其能力训练为主。进而提出校社合作下的农业创业培育模式是当前比较理想的培育模式。最后对宝鸡新生代型职业农民培育模式的回顾总结,提出需要改进的地方。This paper discusses the cultivation mode of the new generation professional farmers,aiming at solving the problem of talents-training for“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”.Firstly,the characteristics of three kinds of talents-training in Baoji Vocational Technology College are compared and analyzed,and the major training contents are put forward,i.e.management idea training and ability training.And then it is proposed that the agricultural entrepreneurship cultivation in the school-community cooperation is the ideal cultivation mode.Eventually,the paper reviews and summarizes the cultivation mode of the new generation professional farmers in Baoji,and puts forward the points for improvement.
