“实火”与“虚火”牙龈炎患者的血浆代谢特征研究

摘　　要：目的:采用基于气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)的代谢组学方法研究"实火"与"虚火"牙龈炎患者的血浆代谢特征。方法:收集"实火"与"虚火"牙龈炎患者及健康人群的血浆,GC-MS技术检测代谢物,利用OSC-PLS-DA分析区分代谢表型,结合t检验筛查差异代谢物。结果:筛选并鉴定出牙龈炎患者与对照组血浆中有19种差异代谢物,15种在牙龈炎患者体内上调,4种下调;此外,"实火"患者体内3种代谢物发生了特异性变化,"虚火"患者体内4种代谢物发生了特异性变化。结论:"虚火"与"实火"牙龈炎患者具有不同的血浆代谢特征,有助于虚实两证型牙龈炎的中西医诊疗客观化。objective:To reveal the metabolic characteristics of gingivitis patients with‘excess fire’and‘deficiency fire’by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Methods:Plasma samples of gingivitis patients with‘excess fire’and‘deficiency fire’and healthy controls were collected.The metabolic profiles were acquired by GC-MS,and OSC-PLS-DA was performed to distinguish the metabolic phenotypes between different groups.Combined with t test,differential metabolites associated with disease and TCM syndrome were screened.Results:19 differential metabolites were screened and identified.15 metabolites had an increasing trend and 4 metabolites had a decreasing trend in both gingivitis patients.In addition,specific changes of 3 metabolites were found only in patients with‘excess fire’,and specific changes of 4 metabolites were found only in the patients with‘deficiency fire’.Conclusion:Gingivitis patients with‘excess fire’and‘deficiency fire’have different plasma metabolic features,which is helpful to the objective diagnosis and treatment of gingivitis with different TCM syndromes.
