中国哲学观照下“独立守神”的意义发现

摘　　要：文章探讨了《黄帝内经》"独立守神"的内涵,提出"独立守神"在健康中的本体属性;立足"自本体思维"的中国哲学诠释方法,提出以"独立守神"为参照系在评价各种健康活动中的实践意义;秉承传统文化"抱一为天下式"的格局和理念,执"独立守神"为参照将早期社会文化、传统文化、生物医学、心理治疗等不同实践中的健康现象置于同一视域解读,有助理解如何在繁复变动的生活中保持健康。This paper discusses the connotation of‘keep the noumenon of life solitary’in Huangdi Neijing,points out the ontological attribute of‘keep the noumenon of life solitary’in individual health.Based on the Chinese philosophical tradition of‘thinking from noumenon’in methods,and points out the value of‘keep the noumenon of life solitary’as the reference in evaluating various health-related practices.Inheriting the pattern and wisdom of‘embraces the one,and becomes the model of the world’of Chinese culture,to interpret the health-related practices in the current reality such as primitive culture,traditional culture,biomedicine,psychotherapy,which is helpful for people to understand how to have complete health in a complex and changing life.
