摘　　要：中国历代医家及中医文献将饮酒过度对人体造成的伤害称之为"酒伤"。当前未有关于酒伤理论的系统归纳与阐述。酒伤理论是中华优秀传统文化的重要组成,是历代医家关于饮酒致病的理论阐述的总和。"酒伤"病名的由来经历了一个漫长的演变过程。其病因责之于酒本湿热之品,病机归之于脏腑虚弱;治疗当以辨证论治为总则;葛花解酲方与葛根散是治疗酒伤常用方,预后护理以补气、滋阴、养血为主。Alcoholism syndrome is an injury caused by excessive drinking recorded by doctors and ancient TCM literatures.However,there is lack of systematic introduction and summarization of alcoholism syndrome.The theory of alcoholism syndrome is an important component of excellent traditional Chinese culture,and it is also the summarization of the theoretical exposition of drinking causes diseases by doctors through all ages.The origin of the name of alcoholism syndrome has undergone a long process of evolution.The cause of alcoholism syndrome is blamed on the dampness and heat of the wine,and the pathogenesis is due to the weakness of zang-fu viscera.The treatment principle of alcoholism syndrome is treatment based on syndrome differentiation,Gehua Jieyu Formula and Gegen Powder are commonly used prescriptions,and prognosis care is mainly focusing on invigorating vital energy,nourishing yin and blood.
