分析雷贝拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗慢性复发性消化性溃疡的临床效果

摘　　要：目的评价慢性复发性消化性溃疡疾病患者行雷贝拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗的效果。方法选择我院收治的100例慢性复发性消化性溃疡患者。采取1:1比例法分组(对照组、研究组),各50例。对照组慢性复发性消化性溃疡患者采取奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗,研究组慢性复发性消化性溃疡患者采取雷贝拉唑肠溶胶囊。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,组间治疗总有效率比较研究组高于对照组,组间头痛头晕、消化不良等不良反应情况以及随访1年复发率比较研究组均低于对照组,观察指标比较P<0.05。结论雷贝拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗慢性复发性消化性溃疡具有安全性、有效性价值。Objective To evaluate the effect of rabeprazole enteric coated capsule in the treatment of chronic recurrent peptic ulcer.Methods 100 patients with chronic recurrent peptic ulcer were selected.50 cases were divided into control group and study group by 1:1 ratio method.Omeprazole enteric coated capsules were used in the control group and rabeprazole enteric coated capsules were used in the study group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results after treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the adverse reactions such as headache,dizziness,dyspepsia and the recurrence rate in the follow-up period of one year in the study group were lower than that in the control group,and the comparison of observation indexes was P<0.05.Conclusion rabeprazole enteric coated capsule is safe and effective in the treatment of chronic recurrent peptic ulcer.
