复合式小梁切除术在治疗持续性高眼压状态下急性闭角型青光眼的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨复合式小梁切除术在治疗持续性高眼压状态下急性闭角型青光眼的临床应用。方法本次研究主体均为持续性高眼压状态下急性闭角型青光眼患者,纳入患者共计46例,对比患者在手术治疗前后的眼压指标情况。结果手术操作前,患者眼压值为(38.16±6.43)mmHg,手术后患者眼压指标为(13.26±3.79)mmHg,前后数据对比差异显著,P<0.05(t=22.6264)。结论应用复合式小梁切除术能够有效降低眼压指标,具有较高的安全性.Objective To explore the clinical application of compound trabeculectomy in the treatment of acute angle closure glaucoma with persistent high intraocular pressure.Methods the subjects of this study were all acute angle closure glaucoma patients under the condition of persistent high intraocular pressure.46 patients were included in this study.Results before the operation,the intraocular pressure was(38.16±6.43)mmHg.After the operation,the intraocular pressure was(13.26±3.79)mmHg.There was a significant difference between before and after the operation,P<0.05(t=22.6264).Conclusion compound trabeculectomy can effectively reduce intraocular pressure index and has high safety,
