三氧化二砷注射液在复发难治性实体瘤中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的观察三氧化二砷注射液在复发难治性肿瘤中的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2015年9月-2018年9月期间在我院治疗的复发难治性肿瘤患者,所有患者均接受三氧化二砷治疗,0.1 mg/(kg.d),加入生理盐水或5%葡萄糖注射液250 ml中,静脉滴注d1-10,21 d一周期,期间给予最佳支持治疗及不良反应对症处理等。两周期后评估疗效观察三氧化二砷注射液的临床疗效及患者不良反应。结果35例患者中,ORR为5.7%,DCR为37.1%。毒副反应主要有胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制、皮肤不适及肝功能损伤,对症处理均可改善。结论三氧化二砷注射液在复发难治性肿瘤治疗中有一定临床疗效,毒副反应低,耐受性好,有良好临床应用前景。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of arsenious acid in the treatment of Advanced Refractory Tumor.Methods From September 2015 to September 2018,35 patients with advanced refractory tumor were selected as the study objects.The patients were received 10 days courses of intravenous infusion of arseniou acid 0.1mg/kg/d,efficacy and safety of the arseniou acid were assesed after two periods of the treatment.Results the 35 patients,ORR was 5.7%,and DCR was 37.1%.Conclusion Arsenious acid is effective and safe in the treatment of advanced refractory tumor.
