研究西酞普兰治疗抑郁症的疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的研究抑郁症患者借助西酞普兰展开治疗的效果。方法本研究所选入病例共计为88例,在本院2019年1月~12月所接诊患者中抽选,按照计算机随机取样的方式取组中44例,以常规药物治疗,作为对照组,余下44例以西酞普兰展开治疗,作为观察组。对比效果。结果结合对两组HAMD评分以及CGISI评分对比,观察组均存在有明显优势,P<0.05。结论在对抑郁症患者进行治疗中选用西酞普兰治疗,能够对患者抑郁症状进行有效改善,帮助患者进行恢复。Objective To study the effect of citalopram in the treatment of depression.Methods A total of 88 patients were enrolled in this study.44 patients in this group were randomly selected from the patients received in our hospital from January to December 2019.They were treated with conventional drugs as the control group and the remaining 44 patients were treated with citalopram as the observation group.Contrast effect.Results Comparing the HAMD score and cgi-si score of the two groups,the observation group had obvious advantages(P<0.05).Conclusion Citalopram can effectively improve the depressive symptoms and help the patients to recover.
