《黄帝内经》“运气七篇”中复气相关规律探析

摘　　要：通过整理、分析《黄帝内经》中复气相关原文,结合历代医家解读,总结复气规律,并剖析其主要学术思想,阐述临床应用。可知复气规律分为一般规律与特殊规律,一般规律体现在胜复关系中,特殊规律体现在复气常位与征象中,胜复往来遵循一般及特殊规律才可实现五行或五脏间的自稳常态,反其规律则为害,将其应用于临床,可确定发病脏腑及病性、推断疾病发展及转归、指导治疗原则。因此,复气产生有规律可循,复气规律体现了自然界五行或人体五脏的动态平衡,对疾病的发生发展与治疗原则等方面具有重要指导作用,为临证提供了广阔思路。Through the arrangement and analysis of the related text of the Huangdi Neijing,combined with the interpretation of the traditional medicine,the paper sums up the laws of‘retaliation of abnormal changes of climate of evolutive phases’and analyzes its main academic thought,and expounds its clinical application.From this,we can see that the laws of‘retaliation of abnormal changes of climate of evolutive phases’can be divided into general law and special law.The general law is embodied in the relationship of winning and overturning,and the special law is embodied in the constant position and sign of‘retaliation of abnormal changes of climate of evolutive phases.Only by following the general and special laws can we realize the self-stable normal state between the five elements or the five organs.If it is used in clinic,it can be used to determine the pathogenesis of viscera and disease,to infer the development and outcome of disease,to guide the treatment principle and treatment method.Therefore,the laws of‘retaliation of abnormal changes of climate of evolutive phases’production can be followed,which embodies the dynamic balance of the five elements of nature or the five organs of human body,and plays an important role in guiding the occurrence and development of diseases and the principles of treatment and use of drugs,which provides a broad train of thought for the clinical treatment.
