《元和纪用经》五运六气医学思想及方药特点探析

摘　　要：《元和纪用经》相传为唐朝王冰所著,该著分三部分分别阐述了五运六气、服饵之法以及备用的八十一方药。在上章医理中该著重视人体气机升降出入及司岁备物思想,于《黄帝内经》五运六气理论的基础上,创新性地指出了针对运气致病的组方用药原则并具体的记录了所适用药物。在中章服饵法中,提倡服饵养生法不应妄服燥烈之品等重要观点,并于下章记载81个药方,涵盖内外妇儿各科,以备后时之用。该著并非只阐述五运六气理论的专著,但是作者思想深受运气理论影响,所以该著对于五运六气理论的发展及其临床运用具有重要指导意义。Yuanhe Jiyong Jing is written by WANG Bing of Tang dynasty.The book is divided into three parts.To elaborate the method of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,the method of taking health preserving drugs and the eightyone prescriptions of standby medicine.In the last chapter of medical science,we should pay attention to the idea of human body air machine lifting in and out as well as the idea of pay attention to herbs according to time.Based on the theory of‘five evolutive phases and six climatic factors’in Huangdi Neijing,this paper creatively pointed out the principles of prescription medication for evolutive phases and climatic factors disease and specifically recorded the applicable herbs.In the middle chapter,we advocate that the health preserving method of taking herbs should not take the strong products in vain.In the next chapter,we record 81 prescriptions,covering all departments of women and children,for later use.The book is not only a monograph on the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,but the author’s thought is deeply influenced by the theory of luck,so the book has an important guiding significance for the development and clinical application of the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors.
