胰腺癌中西医全程康复需求和治疗策略探究

摘　　要：中医在肿瘤康复治疗中具有独特优势,尤其中药作为多成分多靶点的治疗方式与现代医学的靶向治疗具有许多相似之处。目前临床上综合运用多种中西医特色的疗法,在改善肿瘤患者生活质量和延长患者生存期方面表现出显著效果。胰腺癌是难治性恶性肿瘤之一,前期研究发现,清热化湿中药在胰腺癌综合治疗中以具有决定恶性肿瘤特性及预后的指标为作用靶点,能明显延长患者生存时间,体现出较好的临床疗效,是值得进一步研究探索切实可行的胰腺癌康复的方法。对胰腺癌中医药治疗适宜人群的寻找具有重要价值。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has its unique advantages in cancer rehabilitation with the guidance of holistic concept and syndrome differentiation as its core value.Chinese medicine as a treatment approach of multi-component and multi-target has many similarities with modern targed therapy.Integrated therapy using TCM in cancer rehabilitation has significantly improved patients’quality of life and extended their survival.Pancreatic cancer is one of the difficult treatment diseases in malignant tumors.The previous research showed that heat-dampness accumulation is the main pathogenesis in pancreatic cancer.It is worth further investigation to explore practicable rehabilitation and follow-up methods and lead cancer patients to recover through the most advanced scientific methods.
