摘　　要：在传统针灸理论的指导下,腧穴相关理论研究是针灸研究中的关键科学问题,国内外学者展开了一系列的临床与基础研究。然而部分国内外学者对于腧穴的特异性仍有质疑。传统理论基础上的腧穴研究已不能解决目前的问题,基于检测设备基础上的经络腧穴研究是大势所趋。文章综述了近年来国内外腧穴相关理论和检测设备的研究文献,通过回顾声、热、光、电检测设备在腧穴生物物理特性研究中发挥的作用,进一步探讨检测设备的研究方向与对策,实现腧穴理论与现代化研究的创新和发展。Under the guidance of traditional acupuncture and moxibustion theory,research on the theory of acupoints is the key scientific issues in the study of acupuncture and moxibustion,which leads to a series of clinical and basic research carried out by domestic and foreign scholars.However,some domestic and foreign scholars are still questioning the specificity of acupoints.The research of acupoints based on the traditional theory cannot solve the current problems.The research of meridian acupoints based on the detection equipment is imperative.This paper summarizes the relevant theories of acupoints and the key technology testing equipment in recent years.By reviewing the role played by acoustical,thermal,optical and electrical detection equipment in acupoint biophysical characteristics research,and then discusses the research direction and countermeasures of the detection device,to realize the innovation and development of acupoint theory and modernization research.
