联合血清肝细胞生长因子和血管内皮生长因子检测在喉鳞状细胞癌患者中的作用

摘　　要：目的分析血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和肝细胞生长因子(HGF)在喉鳞状细胞癌病情变化中的作用。方法选取2016年3月-2019年3月本院收治的35例喉鳞状细胞癌患者为研究对象,检测分析其在术前、术后1 d、2 d、3 d、7 d和14 d的血清HGF、VEGF水平,同期选取35例声带息肉患者和35例健康体检者为对照组,检测其血清HGF、VEGF水平。结果喉癌组HGF、VEGF水平均显著高于对照组、声带息肉组(P<0.05);不同临床分期、组织学分级和有无淋巴结转移患者的HGF、VEGF水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);喉癌患者在手术前、手术后1 d、2 d、3 d、7 d和14 d的血清HGF、VEGF水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合血清HGF和VEGF检测在判断喉鳞状细胞癌的发生与发展中具有较好的参考价值,值得临床推广使用。Objective To analyze the role of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and hepatocyte growth factor(HGF)in the changes of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods A total of 35 patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2019 were enrolled in the study.The test was performed before surgery,at1 d,2 d,3 d,7 d and 14 d after surgery,and the levels of serum HGF and VEGF were measured in the same period.35 patients with vocal cord polyps and 35 normal controls were selected as controls to detect serum HGF and VEGF levels.Results The levels of HGF and VEGF in laryngeal carcinoma group were significantly higher than those in control group and vocal cord polyp group(P<0.05).There was statistical significance on the differences in HGF and VEGF levels between patients with different clinical stages,histological grades,and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).There was statistical significance on the difference in serum HGF and VEGF levels between patients with laryngeal cancer treated before surgery,at 1 d,2 d,3 d,7 d and 14 d after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined detection of serum HGF and VEGF has a good reference value in the diagnosis and development of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma,and it is worthy of clinical application.
