摘　　要：《中华人民共和国公共图书馆法》的出台标志着我国公共图书馆事业的发展进入法治化新环境,对公共图书馆信息公开服务提出了新的要求。文章运用网络调查法对全国33个省级公共图书馆的网站信息公开服务进行调查,指出当前服务中存在的图书馆自身不重视、力度不够、公开形式不方便获取、内容质量欠佳、公开不及时、反馈机制不健全等问题。最后,提出了完善信息公开制度、开设信息公开专栏、提升信息公开质量、健全在线信息反馈机制、建立信息公开联盟等建议,以保障社会公众的知晓权。表1。参考文献35。The Public Library Law of the People s Republic of China marks the entry of China s public library industry into a new environment of rule by law,and puts forward new requirements for public library information disclosure service.This paper investigates the website information disclosure services of 33 provincial public libraries in China by the network survey method.It points out that there are some problems in the current library information disclosure services,such as the lack of attention paid by the libraries themselves,the lack of strength,the inconvenient access to the public form,the poor quality of the content,the delay in disclosure,and the imperfect feedback mechanism.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions,such as perfecting public library information disclosure system,opening information disclosure column,improving information disclosure quality,perfecting public library online information feedback mechanism,and establishing public library information disclosure alliance,so as to guarantee the public s right to know.1 tab.35 refs.
