摘 要:本文以汽车侧围内板的焊接加工为载体,设计了一个机器人焊接工作站,介绍了工作站的总体设计,包括工装夹具系统设计、焊接工艺设计、工作站布局以及工作站工作流程等,采用NX完成了工作站的三维设计和布局,并采用Process Simulate软件对工作站进行了虚拟仿真和调试。通过虚拟仿真和调试,验证了该工作站设计的合理性,并能够降低设计和调试成本,为机器人规划最优路径,实现机器人离线编程,从而为企业完成实际工作站的建设提供依据。In this paper,a robot welding workstation is designed based on the welding processing of inner quarter panel of automobile.The overall design of the workstation is introduced,including the design of fixture system,the design of welding procedure,the layout of workstation and the workflow of workstation.Software NX is used to complete the three-dimensional design and layout of the workstation,and software Process Simulate is used to virtual simulation and debugging the workstation.Through virtual simulation and debugging,the rationality of the design of the workstation is verified,and the cost of design and debugging can be reduced,planning the optimal path for the robot and realize the off-line programming of the robot,so as to provide the basis for the enterprise to complete the construction of the actual workstation.
