摘　　要：目的观察年轻和中老年乳腺癌患者临床病理特点的差异。方法选取江苏省南通市肿瘤医院2015年1月至2018年12月收治的乳腺癌患者96例,按不同的年龄阶段分为年轻组(n=25,年龄≤35岁)和中老年组(n=71,年龄>35岁),观察比较两组患者乳腺标本的病理特点。运用免疫组化方法分别检测各组雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、原癌基因人类表皮生长因子受体2(human epidermalgrowth factor receptor-2,HER2)和细胞核相关抗原(nuclear-associatedantigen Ki-67)指标,比较两组患者的临床分期、病理分级、免疫分型、淋巴结转移等方面的情况。结果年轻和中老年乳腺癌患者的病例分别为26.00%和74.00%。年轻组患者的临床分期较中老年组早,且病理分级较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组淋巴结转移率比较无差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与中老年乳腺癌患者相比,虽然年轻乳腺癌患者的病期较早,但病理分级较高,预后同样不容乐观,亦需引起临床医生的重视。Objective To observe the difference of clinicopathological features between young and middle-aged breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 96 patients with breast cancer admitted to our department from January to February 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into young group(n=25,age≤35 years)and middle-aged group(n=71,Age>35 years)according to different age stages.The pathological characteristics of the breast specimens of the two groups were oberseve.The ER,PR,HER-2 and Ki67 indexes were detected by immunohistochemistry.The clinical stage,pathological grade,immunophenotype and lymph node metastasis of the two groups were compared.Results The cases of young and middle-aged breast cancer patients were 26.0% and 74.0%,respectively.The clinical stage of the young group was earlier than that of the middle-aged group,and the pathological grade was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the lymph node metastasis rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with middle-aged and elderly patients with breast cancer,although young patients with breast cancer have earlier stages,the pathological grade is higher,and the prognosis is also not optimistic.It also needs to be paid attention to by clinicians.
