奥扎格雷钠联合阿司匹林治疗脑梗塞的疗效及对BI指数的影响

摘　　要：目的探索奥扎格雷钠联合阿司匹林治疗脑梗塞的疗效及对日常生活活动评定量表(BI)指数的影响。方法选取吉林省长春市朝阳区人民医院2018年6月至2019年6月收治的脑梗塞患者100例为研究对象,根据治疗方法分组,每组50例。对照组给予阿司匹林治疗,观察组在此基础上给予奥扎格雷钠治疗,比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、BI指数等。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的86.00%(P<0.05);观察组治疗14 d后的神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)低于对照组,治疗6周后的BI指数高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论奥扎格雷钠联合阿司匹林治疗脑梗塞疗效确切,促进患者神经功能修复,提高日常生活自理能力。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of ozagrel sodium combined with aspirin on cerebral infarction and its influence on BI index.Methods A total of 100 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Chaoyang District People's Hospital of Changchun City,Jilin Province from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the objects.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,50 cases each group.The control group was treated with aspirin,and the observation group was treated with ozagrel sodium on this basis.The total effective rate and BI index of the two groups were collected.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than that of the control group 86.00%(P<0.05);the NIHSS score of the observation group after 14 days was lower than that of the control group,and the BI index of the observation group after 6 weeks was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ozagrel sodium combined with aspirin is effective in the treatment of cerebral infarction.It can promote the repair of nerve function and improve the ability of daily life.
