摘  要:目的:探讨64排与128排低剂量螺旋CT胸部结节检查的差异性。方法:本研究采用回顾性研究方式,共分析了100位受检者。两组受检者BMI相似,并使用相同的设定参数,以64排与128排双射源多切面计算机断层扫描仪(dual source computer tomography,DSCT)进行检查,并比较其差异性。结果:两台DSCT对于低剂量胸部检查出小结节最小直径分别为1.4 mm和1.6 mm,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但在辐射剂量方面,显示128排DSCT在平均容积电脑断层剂量指数、平均剂量长度乘积及平均有效剂量皆较64排DSCT减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论:128排低剂量螺旋CT可在维持可判读图像质量之下,更降低辐射剂量。Objective:To investigate the differences between 64-row and 128-row low-dose spiral CT chest nodules.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted in this study.A total of 100 subjects were analyzed.The BMI of the two groups of subjects was similar,and the same setting parameters were used to check the differences between 64 and 128 rows of dual source computer tomography(DSCT).Results:The minimum diameters of small nodules detected by the two DSCTs for low-dose chest examinations were 1.4 mm and 1.6 mm,respectively,with no significant difference(P>0.05).However,in terms of radiation dose,the 128-row DSCT showed a decrease in the mean volume computed tomography dose index,the average agent-to-length product,and the average effective dose,compared with 64-row DSCT(P<0.005).Conclusion:128-row low-dose spiral CT can reduce the radiation dose while maintaining the quality of the interpretable image.
