摘  要:目的了解山东省省级公立医院医师工作满意度状况,探索医师工作满意度因子,为山东省采取对策改善医师的工作满意度状况提供依据。方法选择山东省16家省级医院4220名医师进行问卷调查,采用因子分析方法及SPSS分析软件进行统计分析。结果经过因子分析,提取8个因子,按其影响大小排序依次为执业环境因子、管理制度因子、情绪态度因子、工作负荷因子、组织领导因子、离职意愿因子、收入回报因子、家庭状况因子。结论有关部门应聚焦上述8个方面,有针对性地采取激励措施,以提高山东省省级公立医院医师的工作满意度。Objective:To understand the job satisfaction status of doctors in provincial public hospitals in Shandong province,explore the job satisfaction factor of doctors,and provide the basis for taking measures to improve the job satisfaction status of doctors in Shandong Province.Method:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 4,220 doctors from 16 provincial hospitals in Shandong province;and factor analysis method and SPSS software were used for statistical analysis.Result:After factor analysis,8 factors were extracted and put into the impact order:practice environment,management system,emotional attitude,workload,organizational leadership,turnover intention,income return and family status.Conclusion:The relevant departments should focus on the above eight aspects and take targeted measures of incentive to improve job satisfaction of doctors in provincial public hospitals in Shandong Province.
