摘　　要：新时代国家提出的“双一流”高校建设重要战略决策部署,进一步完善了我国现代高等教育治理体系。该文探讨了应用型高校人才培养的经验与策略,以期加强对国家安全、地方经济等急需的应用型人才的培养。In the new era,the CPC Central Committee has put forward important strategic decisions and arrangements for the construction of"double first-class"universities,further improving China's modern higher education governance system.During the COVID-19,this paper discusses the experience and strategy of talent cultivation in application-oriented universities,in order to strengthen the training of applied talents urgently needed by national security and local economic development.
