摘　　要：我国高职文秘专业教育历经30余年的发展,取得了很多成绩,同时也暴露出一些问题,“人”的缺位便是其中之一。“以人为本”的教育理念可以很好地解决高职文秘专业教学面临的这一问题。该文着重分析和论述了“以人为本”教育理念应用于高职文秘专业公文写作教学时,在帮助学生树立勤奋坚韧的人生态度、形成严谨认真的做事风格、培养举一反三的学习能力等方面起到的重要作用。After more than 30 years of development,many achievements have been made in the secretary education of our country,but some problems,including the absence of"people",have also been exposed.The"people-oriented"educational concept can well solve this problem faced by higher vocational secretary teaching.This paper focuses on the analysis and discussion of the"people-oriented"educational concept applied to the teaching of official document writing in the secretary major of higher vocational education.It plays an important role in helping students establish a diligent and tenacious attitude to life,and form a rigorous and serious style of work,and cultivating their ability to learn by analogy.
