摘　　要：总结了近年来有关N,N′-双取代硫脲类衍生物作为抗肿瘤抑制剂的结构类型及临床应用。发现了,许多硫脲类衍生物具有独特的抗肿瘤抑制活性。A survey was performed on the status quo of structure types and clinical applications in N,N′-disubstituted thiourea derivatives as antitumor inhibitors in recent years by consulting a large amount of literatures.It was found that the unique activity of many thiourea derivative featuring antitumor suppressive has been confirmed during their early stage of clinical studies.
