摘　　要：新乡贤是一批由道德模范、企业家、专家、学者、教师、退休老干部、华人华侨等人员组成的,热心乡村事务、办事公道,在乡村颇具影响力的社会贤达人士。新乡贤有着独特的“乡情”、“才情”和“热情”,在乡村和谐文化建设中发挥着独特的作用,他们是乡村文化核心价值的引领者,是乡村文化建设的组织者,是乡村优秀传统文化的守护者。实施乡村振兴战略,需要进一步打造乡贤文化,培育乡贤精神,壮大乡贤队伍,凝聚乡贤力量,形成乡村振兴的强大合力。Xinxiang Xian is a group of moral models,entrepreneurs,experts,scholars,teachers,retired veteran cadres,Chinese and overseas Chinese and other personnel,eager for rural affairs,fair work,in the countryside has a lot of influential social sages.Xinxiang sages have unique"rural feelings","talent"and"enthusiasm",and play a unique role in the construction of rural harmonious culture.They are the leaders of the core values of rural culture,the organizers of rural cultural construction,and the guardians of rural excellent traditional culture.To carry out the strategy of rural rejuvenation,we need to further build the culture of rural sages,cultivate the spirit of rural sages,strengthen the ranks of rural sages,and unite the strength of rural sages To form a strong joint force for rural revitalization.
