马圈沟矿区生态环境恢复与治理应注意的问题

摘　　要：新疆现有小型煤矿数量较多,近年来通过整合、关闭了大批小型矿井,为改善区域生态环境、减少水土流失、消除地质灾害,乌鲁木齐县政府通过财政拨款方式对马圈沟矿区关闭小煤矿进行生态恢复治理,根据矿区所处区位,采用“建筑物、硬化层拆除→高危区处理→场地平整→黄土覆盖→沉陷区治理→植被恢复→设围栏和警示牌进行封育→抚育”等措施,对马圈沟矿区进行生态恢复,目前已通过验收,实现矿区生态环境的美化和良性转化的目标。There are many small-scale coal mines in Xinjiang.In recent years,a large number of small-scale coal mines have been integrated and closed,in order to improve the regional ecological environment,reduce soil erosion and eliminate geological disasters,according to the location of the mine,therümqi County is funding the ecological restoration of the closed small coal mine in the Majuangou mining area,the ecological restoration of Majuangou mining area was carried out by adopting the following measures:"removal of buildings and hardened layers,treatment of high risk area,site leveling,Loess Cover,treatment of subsidence area,vegetation restoration,fencing and warning signs,and tending",at present,it has passed the acceptance test to realize the goal of beautifying and benign transformation of ecological environment in mining area.
