摘  要:传统的小颗粒包装机已不能满足目前的需求,设计一种高速平稳、自动化水平更高的包装机。根据小颗粒物料包装的工艺要求,设计了一种高效的传动系统用于小颗粒包装机,介绍了其基本结构及工作流程,运用PLC为其主控模块,并对其控制系统进行了设计,运用MCGS组态软件对包装机的上位机界面做了设计。制作样机并实验得到,此包装机能够达到90袋/min的包装速度,合格率能达到99.6%,且操作方便。该款包装机能够满足高效高自动化的要求,满足设计要求。Traditional small particle packaging machine cannot meet the current demand.A high-speed and stable,higher level of automation packaging machine was designed.According to the technical requirements of small particle material packaging,an efficient transmission system was designed for the small particle packaging machine,its basic structure and work flow were introduced,PLC was used as its main control module,its control system was designed,and MCGS configuration software was used to design the upper computer interface of the packaging machine.The machine could reach the packing speed of 90 bags per minute,the pass rate could reach 99.6%,and it was easy to operate.The packaging machine could meet the requirements of high efficiency and high automation,to meet the design requirements.
