中药领域订单式专业型研究生人才培养路径探析

摘　　要：近年来,医药企业对中药领域的高层次专业型人才需求激增,但高等院校中药领域研究生人才培养模式与企业需求存在衔接不畅的问题。通过对目前中药领域研究生培养存在的问题进行梳理,明确中药企业的人才需求方向,探讨了中药领域订单式专业型研究生人才培养的可行模式和可能存在的缺陷,为高等院校开展中药领域专业学位研究生培养提供参考。In recent years,pharmaceutical enterprises present a sharp increase in the demand for high-level talents in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),which,unfortunately,is not easy for the current graduate students training in TCM universities to meet.After sorting out the existing problems and discussing the demands of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises for talents,this paper put forward an order based post-graduate students training model in the field of traditional Chinese medicine and pointed out its possible defects,so as to provide some reference for colleges and universities to carry out professional postgraduate students training.
