摘　　要：加强思想政治质量提升工程十大育人体系之一,着重研究资助育人工作机制是高校改革创新的一项基础性建设工作。通过分析当前高校资助育人工作的现实问题,提出了新时期高校坚持资助和育人并重的发展型资助育人工作机制,并探讨了家庭经济困难学生发展型资助育人工作的实践问题。In the ideological and political quality improvement project,it is a fundamental requirement of reform and innovation for universities to strengthen their ten-education systems,including the subsidized education mechanism.After analyzing the current financial aiding problems in Chinese universities,this paper put forward a developmental working mechanism which attaches equal importance to providing financial aid and cultivating people in the new era.
