摘　　要：目的探讨积极心理学在老年期精神分裂症患者护理中的应用价值。方法选取2018年8月~2020年1月我院收治的92例老年期精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=46)与研究组(n=46)。对照组采用常规护理方法,研究组采用积极心理学护理方法。比较两组的简明精神病量表(BPRS)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)、社会适应功能评估量表(SAFE)、生存质量评定量表(COOP-WONCA)评分。结果护理前,两组的BPRS、SDSS、SAFE、COOP-WONCA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组的焦虑抑郁、缺乏活力、思维障碍、激活性、敌视猜疑评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的SDSS、SAFE、COOP-WONCA评分低于护理前,研究组的SDSS、SAFE、COOP-WONCA评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年期精神分裂症患者护理中用积极心理学理论,能有效提升患者的生存质量,改善疾病,从而提升患者的社会功能,改善患者的临床症状,该理论值得推广。Objective To explore the application value of positive psychology in nursing care of senile schizophrenia patients.Methods A total of 92 elderly schizophrenic patients admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to January 2020 were selected as research objects and divided into control group(n=46)and research group(n=46)according to random number table method.Patients in the control group were given conventional nursing methods and patients in the research group were given positive psychological nursing methods.The brief psychiatric scale(BPRS),screening social disability scale(SDSS),social adaptation assessment scale(SAFE)and quality of life measuring scale(COOP-WONCA)scores of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in BPRS,SDSS,SAFE,COOP-WONCA scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety,depression,lack of vitality,thinking disorder,activation,hostility and suspicion in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The SDSS,SAFE,COOP-WONCA scores after nursing of the two group were lower than those before nursing,the SDSS,SAFF,COOP-WONCA scores in the study group was lower than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of positive psychology theory in the nursing of senile schizophrenic patients can effectively improve the quality of life of the patients,improve the diseases,thus enhancing the social function of the patients and improving the clinical symptoms of the patients.This theory is worth promoting.
