摘  要:试验旨在探究不同添加剂对羊草青贮的影响。试验设置了孜然精油、富马酸单甲酯、陈皮粉、富马酸单甲酯+陈皮粉、富马酸单甲酯+甘草粉共5种添加剂处理和对照组,发酵40 d后取样。结果表明:添加孜然精油后,羊草青贮中干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(CP)和干物质消化率(IVDMD)的含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),分别提高7.25%、13.30%和5.45%。添加富马酸单甲酯+陈皮后,羊草青贮中DM、CP和IVDMD的含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),分别提高8.18%、5.26%和9.70%。添加孜然精油和富马酸单甲酯+陈皮后,羊草青贮中中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,添加孜然精油和富马酸单甲酯+陈皮后羊草青贮的营养品质和干物质消化率较好。The experiment was to explore the effect of different additives on Leymus chinensis silage.Five different additives(cumin essential oil,monomethyl fumarate,orange peel,monomethyl fumarate+orange peel,monomethyl fumarate+licorice powder)and no addictive treatment as control group were set up during 40 days of fermentation.The results showed that the value of DM,CP and IVDMD in Leymus chinensis silage were significantly higher than those in the control group after added cumin essential oil(P<0.05),which increased by 7.25%,13.30%and 5.45%,respectively.After the addition of monomethyl fumarate+orange peel,the values of DM,CP,and IMDMD in natural forage silage were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),which increased by 8.18%,5.26%,and 9.70%,respectively.The contents of NDF and ADF in Leymus chinensis silage were significantly lower than those in the control group after added cumin essential oil and monomethyl fumarate+orange peel(P<0.05).In conclusion,the nutritional quality and IVDMD of natural forage silage were the best after added cumin essential oil and monomethyl fumarate+orange peel.
