摘 要:通过构建水产饲料卤虫卵孵化恒定磁场处理装置,研究卤虫卵孵化过程中溶解氧含量、pH值和孵化率的变化规律。结果表明:恒定磁场提高了卤虫卵的孵化率,恒定磁场强度与卤虫卵孵化率呈正比,最高孵化率达97.2%。孵化过程中溶解氧含量呈单凹型曲线,添加恒定磁场后使孵化液中溶解氧含量增加。随着孵化时间增加,pH值不断下降,恒定磁场对孵化过程中pH值变化没有明显影响。添加恒定磁场后使溶解氧含量增加可能是卤虫卵孵化率提高的关键因素之一。The change of dissolved oxygen content,pH value and hatching rate in the incubation of Artemia eggs was researched by construction of the constant magnetic field treatment device for hatching Artemia eggs.The results showed that the hatching rate of Artemia eggs was improved in the constant magnetic field,the hatching rate of Artemia eggs was proportional to magnetic field intensity,and was up to 97.2%.During hatching process,the change of dissolved oxygen content showed a single concave curve,and the dissolved oxygen content increased in hatching solution after adding the constant magnetic field.As hatching time increased and pH value decreased,the magnetic field had no significant effect on the change of pH value.The results suggested that the increase of dissolved oxygen content in the constant magnetic field,improve the hatching rate of Artemia eggs.
